Serving Guide
Should Pinotage be chilled?
Pinotage is usually best slightly chilled, not warm. Aim for 60-65°F for fuller oak-aged styles and closer to 55-60°F for fresher fruit-led bottles.
| Pinotage style | Serving cue |
|---|---|
| Light and fresh | 15-20 minutes in the fridge before serving |
| Classic medium-bodied | Slightly cool cellar temperature |
| Premium oak-aged | Cool room temperature, with time in glass or decanter |
